I have been dismissive against Global Warming since it began. It was used as a SCARE TACTIC and many should be put away for it. Al Gore has profited amazingly over the years due to this scam. Is this any different than MASLOFF'S SCAM?

I am not a scientist but did not but into this mainly because there was not enough data. We haven't had the technology to collect data on the temperatures of earth. I presume it has a great deal to do with volcanoes. At any rate, the earth is cooling and has been for 8 years. God and the planet earth will manage temperatures of our planet and there is nothing we can do about it...

1. STOP bowing to Foreign leaders and START bowing to American Taxpayers who you ABUSE!

2. There are estimated 40 million people over age 50 in the work force. PAY EACH PERSON:
$1 million a piece SEVERANCE for early retirement with the following stipulations:

   A. They MUST retire. RESULT: Forty million job openings - Unemployment fixed.

   B. They MUST PURCHASE/LEASE a NEW AMERICAN MADE CAR.   RESULT: AUTO INDUSTRY FIXED - The only other way to fix it is BREAK UNIONS which is UNFAIR to union workers.

   C. They MUST either BUY A HOME or PAY OFF an existing MORTGAGE - RESULT:HOUSING CRISIS FIXED

My confession:

I am a Jew, and every single one of my ancestors was Jewish. And it does not bother me even a little bit when people call those beautiful lit up, bejeweled trees, Christmas trees. I don't feel threatened. I don't feel discriminated against. That's what they are, Christmas trees.

It doesn't bother me a bit when people say, 'Merry Christmas' to me. I don't think they are slighting me or getting ready to put me in a ghetto. In fact, I kind of like it. It shows that we are all brothers and sisters celebrating this happy time of year. It doesn't bother me at all that there is a manger scene on display at a key intersection near my beach house in Malibu . If people want a creche, it's just as fine with me as is the Menorah a few hundred yards away.

I don't like getting pushed around for being a Jew, and I don't think Christians like getting pushed around for being Christians. I think people who believe in God are sick and tired of getting pushed around, period. I have no idea where the concept came from, that America is an explicitly atheist country. I can't find it in the Constitution and I don't like it being shoved down my throat.

Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that we should worship celebrities and we aren't allowed to worship God as we understand Him? I guess that's a sign that I'm getting old, too. But there are a lot of us who are wondering where these celebrities came from and where the America we knew went to.

In light of the many jokes we send to one another for a laugh, this is a little different: This is not intended to be a joke; it's not funny, it's intended to get you thinking.

Billy Graham's daughter was interviewed on the Early Show and Jane Clayson asked her 'How could God let something like this happen?' (regarding Hurricane Katrina). Anne Graham gave an extremely profound and insightful response. She said, 'I believe God is deeply saddened by this, just as we are, but for years we've been telling God to get out of our schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our lives. And being the gentleman He is, I believe He has calmly backed out. How can we expect God to give us His blessing and His protection if we demand He leave us alone?'

In light of recent events....Terrorists attack, school shootings, etc. I think it started when Madeleine Murray O'Hare (she was murdered, her body found a few years ago) complained she didn't want prayer in our schools, and we said OK. Then someone said you better not read the Bible in school. The Bible says thou shalt not kill; thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself. And we said OK.

Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn't spank our children when they misbehave, because their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem (Dr. Spock's son committed suicide.) We said an expert should know what he's talking about. And we said okay.

Now we're asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don't know right from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.

Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out. I think it has a great deal to do with 'WE REAP WHAT WE SOW.'

Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell. Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says. Funny how you can send 'jokes' through e-mail and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing. Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is suppressed in the school and workplace.

Are you laughing yet?

Funny how when you forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it.

Funny how we can be more worried about what other people think of us than what God thinks of us.

Pass it on if you think it has merit.

If not, then just discard it.... No one will know you did. But, if you discard this thought process, don't sit back and complain about what bad shape the world is in.

Scientists also use scare tactics to get grants where a lot of their funding comes from. Corporate world jumped on the green train to create a whole other line of products. During May 2009 congress adopted a bill that was to protect credit card holders from abusive rates and President Obama signed the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility, and Disclosure (CARD) Act of 2009, marking a turning point for American consumers and ending the days of unfair rate hikes and hidden fees.

This was just another scam similar to an insider trading move if you will, to alarm banks to gouge cardholders rates and fees prior to the execution of the bill which would not take place for many months. It does not take a rocket scientist to speculate any differently. They put this out there in May 2009 but did not execute it until February 2010 thus allowing banks a nine month gap to swindle cardholders before this bill goes into effect. The result of another failure by this administration as banks are raising annual percentage rates (apr) higher than ever in history and adding mandatory annual fees to cardholders whether you have great credit and never been late or not.

Is it surprising this bill is a joke and actually caused rates and fees to sky rocket? Why did congress and the almighty Obama put this out there like a piece of cheese dangling above a mouse trap allowing nine months for banks to betray the taxpayer even more. The Obama Administration practically handed bank executives bonuses using taxpayer’s money in the aspect to allegedly bail banks out only to repay the taxpayer by raising astronomically the cardholder rates and fees. The only logic is banks, congress, The Federal Reserve, and White House all work together and once again scammed and betrayed the American People.

The reason I mention middle class democrats in the title is because logically the middle class takes the blunt of this and democrats refuse to open their eyes to witness the democrat party was taken over by a bad virus called: Extreme Liberalism. Their goal is to grow government, limit freedom, dispel God, and ruin America. I hope this hits home because it has to hurt in your pocketbooks and this is only the beginning.

Let me explain why the middle class gets the worse of this; look the majority of people on Medicaid (government benefits) can’t get approved for a credit card anyway, so once again, they say, “If it’s free then I am in”. This doesn’t attack anyone well off because if you have money then you would not carry a credit card balance anyway. As I write this, I want you to know that I do not carry a credit card balance hence, I use credit cards but pay my balances in full monthly thus, saving me any finance charges however, I have as well been notified of my rates increasing. This won’t affect me no matter how high they raise it because I don’t keep a balance. So to reiterate, anyone whom carries a credit card balance will be affected by this bureaucratic conspiracy.

In addition, the credit card companies are offering an opt-out; yes something similar to the ridiculous public option in health care. You can elect to deny the rate increase however, you lose use of your card and of course still have to pay the balance but at your current rate. Here’s the kicker; even when you close a card that you had opened, it negatively affects your credit score. So just how the government likes it; you are damned if you do and damned if you don’t.

Welcome to Socialism!

No matter how you slice it this is nothing less than theft by deception. I know somewhere in small print they are protected but does that make it right? You present government made it look like they were going to strong arm banks and help cardholders but it was all a deception to alienate cardholders and unfortunately, the blunt of the sufferers will be hard working Americans. The same people Obama promised to never raise taxes on are the ones that will be taking it the hardest. The saddest part is Obama and this administration all knew what they were doing. For everyone who voted for change with Obama, he did keep that promise; enjoy your change because for many of you, it will be luck to have any leftover change at the end of the day.

Democrat Senators diverted $2.6 billion in funds in a defense spending bill to pet projects largely at the expense of accounts that pay for fuel, ammunition and training for U.S. troops, including those fighting wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, according to an analysis.

Among the 778 such projects, known as earmarks, packed into the bill: $25 million for a new World War II museum at the University of New Orleans and $20 million to launch an educational institute named after the late Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, Massachusetts Democrat. Kennedy - Have they ever used their own money for anything?

While earmarks are hardly new in Washington, "in 30 years on Capitol Hill, I never saw Congress mangle the defense budget as badly as this year," said Winslow Wheeler, a former Senate staffer who worked on defense funding and oversight for both Republicans and Democrats. He is now a senior fellow at the Center for Defense Information, an independent research organization.

Sen. Tom Coburn, Oklahoma Republican, called the transfer of funds from Pentagon operations and maintenance "a disgrace."

"The Senate is putting favorable headlines back home above our men and women fighting on the front lines," he said in a statement.

A huge percentage of persons on welfare / SSI work part-time and if offered full-time they turn the offer down because even though they would be making more than they do on welfare, they would lose what they receive on welfare and now have to actually work 40 hours. They opt to take the free government ride...

A huge percentage of persons on welfare dropped out of high school, terrorized our neighbors, bought / sold drugs, partied while others were hard at work getting degrees and paying back student loans only to begin living a treasured life at 35. You keep punishing the wealthy. They live the American dream. It is not their fault others would rather terrorize and remain uneducated.

I want my country to protect us from terror and quit meddling with our constitution. We were founded and built UNDER GOD and if people don't like that, LEAVE. There is no mistake that our constitution was derived under God. We humbly accept freedom of religion so believe and pray to whomever you want but quit trying to change who America prays to.

Additionally, one way to reform welfare would be to have drug testing. Thats right, in order to receive governmental aid, everyone should have a drug screening to be eligible. After all, to gain employment, most places now make us pass a drug test. Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and many others are a disease to the U.S. Why can't people understand that the "RICH" create jobs and pay 86% of this country's taxes? When is the last time anyone out there has received a job from a "POOR" person? Wake up! Life is not fair... Get use to it and quit allowing "ENVY" to make your poor decisions. Think about your children and grand children who will be left with nothing... Socialism is defined "FAILURE". It does not work because when the wealthy people run out of money there are no jobs but "GOVERNMENT" jobs. For all the uneducated persons putting us at risk with poor choices, this becomes "COMMUNISM"!

All these liberal congress persons do is take working person's hard earned money and give it to NON-WORKING person's in order for them to gain "compassion". Ted Kennedy has screwed over the American People for Decades while he ran around terrorizing women but he wanted that compassion for playing Robin Hood (take from rich & give to the poor). What did Ted Kennedy ever give? What did he leave in his compassionate will? These liberals use the poor to build compassion and gain votes. They are the other side of traditional America so to keep alive they must build government and screw over tax paying Americans. It is a simple formula and their agenda's are ruining America. Wake up People... If you are poor, the way to move forward is; Education, hard work, Jesus Christ, & doing what is right. This formula, less inheritance, is how almost anyone became rich.

I ordered 3 bottles @ $99.95 so both my wife & I could try this product risk free as they state. No where does it say that 2 person's cannot each try a bottle from a multi-bottle order. It had terrible effects on my wife making her ill and causing her to stop but I continued for the 30 days.

It failed miserably and I actually gained 3 pounds. I followed the system without cheating and even watched my diet during; which they claim you can eat how you want. I could have purchased individual bottles from ebay @ $23.00 however, I declined because I wanted the promised guarantee in case the product had no effects in which it didn't.

They have not addressed any of my emails and only send me an instruction that only 1 bottle can be opened for a refund. They want you to take this product for 30 days and 2 person's are trying product, how can only 1 bottle be opened. If it smells like a scam, it is usually a scam. I payed through paypal to further protect myself and have opened a paypal claim.

They have rejected my refund but simply will not answer me. I am very disappointed. They promise this money back guarantee to get you to try product and then do not honor it.

One would think they would have contacted me regarding the product not working and better yet, making my wife ill. How could anyone trust their analysis when they do not care.

Here's another promise from website: "More than 98% do like Apidexin The other 2% get their money back. SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RISK FOR YOU!"

This disgusts me and is no worse than a person desperate enough to hand a teller a note except that he gets prison time and this company continues growing revenue. Pathetic society we live in but I trust paypal will refund me.

BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT ORDER APIDEXIN. IT DOES NOT WORK AND THEY DO NOT HONOR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.

Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2 : The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you EARN BOTH.

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, LEARN FROM THEM.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. THE JOB - URINE TEST

THIS ONE MAKES SENSE!

Like a lot of folks in this country, I have a job. I WORK AND GET PAID.

I PAY MY TAXES and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit.

In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a RANDOM URINE TEST with which I have no problem.

What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test.

Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to EARN IT for them?

Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their ASS, doing drugs, while I work. . . .

Can you imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?

Pass this along if you agree or simply delete if you don't. Hope you all will pass it along, though. .

I guess we could title that program, 'Urine or You're Out'.

GOD vs. SCIENCE

A science professor begins his school year with a lecture to the students,

"Let me explain the problem science has with religion."

The atheist professor of philosophy pauses before his class and then asks one of his new students to stand.

"You're a Christian, aren't you, son?"
"Yes sir," the student says.

"So you believe in God?"
"Absolutely."

"Is God good?"
"Sure! God's good."

"Is God all-powerful? Can God do anything?"
"Yes."

"Are you good or evil?"
"The Bible says I'm evil."

The professor grins knowingly. "Aha! The Bible!" He considers for a moment. "Here's one for you. Let's say there's a sick person over here and you can cure him. You can do it. Would you help him? Would you try?"

"Yes sir, I would."

"So you're good...!"
"I wouldn't say that."

"But why not say that? You'd help a sick and maimed person if you could.
Most of us would if we could. But God doesn't."

The student does not answer, so the professor continues. "He doesn't, does he? My brother was a Christian who died of cancer, even though he prayed to Jesus to heal him. How is this Jesus good? Hmmm? Can you answer that one?"

The student remains silent.

"No, you can't, can you?" the professor says. He takes a sip of water from a glass on his desk to give the student time to relax.

"Let's start again, young fella. Is God good?" "Er...yes," the student says. "Is Satan good?" The student doesn't hesitate on this one. "No."

"Then where does Satan come from?"
The student falters. "From God"

"That's right.. God made Satan, didn't he? Tell me, son. Is there evil in this world?" "Yes, sir."

"Evil's everywhere, isn't it? And God did make everything, correct?"

"Yes."

"So who created evil?" The professor continued, "If God created everything, then God created evil, since evil exists, and according to the principle that our works define who we are, then God is evil."

Again, the student has no answer. "Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things, do they exist in this world?"

The student squirms on his feet. "Yes."

"So who created them?"

The student does not answer again, so the professor repeats his question. "Who created them?" There is still no answer. Suddenly the lecturer breaks away to pace in front of the classroom. The class is mesmerized. "Tell me," he continues onto another student. "Do you believe in Jesus Christ, son?"

The student's voice betrays him and cracks. "Yes, professor, I do."

The old man stops pacing. "Science says you have five senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Have you ever seen Jesus?"

"No sir. I've never seen Him."

"Then tell us if you've ever heard your Jesus?"
"No, sir, I have not."

"Have you ever felt your Jesus, tasted your Jesus or smelt your Jesus?
Have you ever had any sensory perception of Jesus Christ, or God for that matter?"

"No, sir, I'm afraid I haven't."
"Yet you still believe in him?"
"Yes."

"According to the rules of empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science
says your God doesn't exist. What do you say to that, son?"

"Nothing," the student replies. "I only have my faith."
"Yes, faith," the professor repeats. "And that is the problem science has with God. There is no evidence, only faith."

At the back of the room another student stands quietly for a moment before
asking a question of His own. "Professor, is there such thing as heat?"

"Yes," the professor replies. "There's heat."

"And is there such a thing as cold?"
"Yes, son, there's cold too."

"No sir, there isn't."

The professor turns to face the student, obviously interested. The room
suddenly becomes very quiet. The student begins to explain. "You can have
lots of heat, even more heat, super-heat, mega-heat, unlimited heat, white
heat, a little heat or no heat, but we don't have anything called 'cold'. We
can hit up to 458 degrees below zero, which is no heat, but we can't go any
further after that. There is no such thing as cold; otherwise we would be able to go colder than the lowest -458 degrees."

"Every body or object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits energy, and heat is what makes a body or matter have or transmit energy. Absolute zero (-458 F) is the total absence of heat. You see, sir, cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat we can measure in thermal units because heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it."

Silence across the room. A pen drops somewhere in the classroom, sounding like a hammer.

"What about darkness, professor. Is there such a thing as darkness?"

"Yes," the professor replies without hesitation. "What is night if it isn't darkness?"

"You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is not something; it is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light,but if you have no light constantly you have nothing and it's called darkness, isn't it? That's the meaning we use to define the word."

"In reality, darkness isn't. If it were, you would be able to make darkness
darker, wouldn't you?"

The professor begins to smile at the student in front of him. This will be a good semester. "So what point are you making, young man?"

"Yes, professor. My point is, your philosophical premise is flawed to start with, and so your conclusion must also be flawed."

The professor's face cannot hide his surprise this time. "Flawed? Can you explain how?"

"You are working on the premise of duality," the student explains. "You argue that there is life and then there's death; a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science can't even explain a thought."

"It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life, just the absence of it."

"Now tell me, professor. Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?"

"If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, young man, yes, of course I do."

"Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?"

The professor begins to shake his head, still smiling, as he realizes where the argument is going. A very good semester, indeed.

"Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you now not a scientist, but a preacher?"

The class is in uproar. The student remains silent until the commotion has subsided.

"To continue the point you were making earlier to the other student, let me give you an example of what I mean."

The student looks around the room. "Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the professor's brain?" The class breaks out into laughter.

"Is there anyone here who has ever heard the professor's brain, felt the professor's brain, touched or smelt the professor's brain? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science says that you have no brain, with all due respect, sir."

"So if science says you have no brain, how can we trust your lectures, sir?"

Now the room is silent. The professor just stares at the student, his face unreadable.

Finally, after what seems an eternity, the old man answers. "I guess you'll have to take them on faith."

"Now, you accept that there is faith, and, in fact, faith exists with life," the student continues. "Now, sir, is there such a thing as evil?"

Now uncertain, the professor responds, "Of course, there is. We see it everyday. It is in the daily example of man's inhumanity to man. It is in the multitude of crime and violence everywhere in the world. These manifestations are nothing else but evil."

To this the student replied, "Evil does not exist sir, or at least it does not exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is just like darkness and cold, a word that man has created to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is the result of what happens when man does not have God's love present in his heart. It's like the cold that comes when there is no heat or the darkness that comes when there is no light."

The professor sat down.
